Like the rest of this list, Catch Me has a mellow vibe with a bit of a spacey feel to it that has a combination of rapping and singing like the works of Childish Gambino. This song is partially break up anthem and partially love song. In the lyrics, I share my want of love and affection from a partner but not if they can't "Catch Me", stand up for me, and/or be there for me. In these social media heavy days it's so difficult to find an authentic person who wants more than just to swipe right for something quick so it's very important for those of us who want something real to set standards and find out who is actually there for us. In the last verse, I remind the listener that they deserve more and to never forget that about themselves.I hope that this song makes you feel uplifted as you drift off into space with the galaxy tones.
